I feel like my greatest job skills are problem solving and being fast. I believe that all jobs aquire those skills. They are some of the skills most employers look for. Problems solving helps you deal with the things that are right in front of you. Being fast helps you complete your task early so you can start on a new one.
       What I need to improve on is being a boss. A great skill I need to learn is that i cant let customers or employees step all over me. I need to stand up and speak up. Having that skill would make my life alot easier. It would also help me put people in place.
